Arc Spray

Arc spray is a coating method where two metallic wires are melted by an electric arc and propelled onto a surface using compressed air, forming a protective layer against corrosion and wear.

High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF)

HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel) is a thermal spray process that utilizes a high-pressure combustion of fuel and oxygen to produce a supersonic flame, which melts and accelerates powdered coating material onto a substrate surface. This process creates dense, high-quality coatings with excellent adhesion, hardness, and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for various industrial applications.

Balancing
